The 321 is the local area code, and the kite is the whole point. I live near Indialantic, where the ocean breeze is steady and the beach is wide open. This page collects what I fly, where I fly it, and how I decide when to go.
What to fly in what wind
A rough guide. Every kite has its own range, so check the label.
- Light, 5 to 10 mph
- Medium, 10 to 18 mph
- Strong, 18 mph and up
